![]() ![]() Third, a Speed Editor equivalent of the keyboard up/down arrow keys for jumping to the previous/next edit. Also, a way to switch transitions between "start on edit," "center on edit," and "end on edit." Brownie points if there's a way to change sound transitions from "+3db" to "0db" to "-3db." I do this fairly often, and it requires multiple mouse clicks to navigate through Resolve preferences. Second, less urgent, request: a way to change standard transition duration using Speed Editor on the edit page (this can currently be done only on the cut page). ![]() I'm constantly switching between these two modes, and the fact that this currently requires my hands to leave the Speed Editor and move to the keyboard makes it impossible for me to rely on the Speed Editor for basic cutting. My #1 request would be for some way to switch between "select mode" and "trim edit mode" (as far as I know this is not currently possible using the Speed Editor, I'd love it if someone could show me I'm wrong). Since I work primarily on the Edit page, I'd dearly like the ability to remap at least some of the Speed Editor buttons. In answer to your question as far as speed is concerned, once i get out of the mouse mentality I'm sure it will be, as for the value, Resolve studio is awesome value on it's own, especially with the extras in 17, plus you get a speed editor free Just my 2 bobs worth.
